Step ONE

After an initial deposit is placed for an order, we will contact you to schedule a phone conference. During this phone consultation, we will listen to all of your priorities for your new Eyewater, and will discuss items including:

• Intended Use

• Fitting Goals and Feedback

• Features and Options

• Finish Options

• Complete Bike Packages

• Timeline and Next Steps

STEP TWO

After our phone consultation, we will draft a PDF drawing depicting:

• Frame Geometry

• Positional Fit

• Features and Options

• Finish Options

After you review this drawing, we will look to you to approve the drawing for production. Once signed off, we ask that all details as approved remain constant. If you are interested in a complete bike, we will provide complete bike pricing and an overview of the specification for build.

STEP THREE

Production begins after we receive a signed drawing. Production has many phases including:

• Tubeset selection

• Tube coping

• Tube fitting in jig

• Accessory installation

• Joint fabric cutting

• Joint wrapping

• Joint curing

• Alignment check

• Finish application
